Trojan Real Estate Association


The Trojan Real Estate Association is the leading Real Estate organization at USC for Undergraduates. As a Marshall School of Business student organization with strong ties to the Lusk Center for Real Estate, TREA brings students unparalleled opportunities within the industry. Each semester is comprised of site visits, specific panel presentations, networking, and access to highly successful professionals. The organization is also committed to connecting students with available internships and job opportunities, providing access to exclusive employment opportunities.

TREA also takes the lead in representing Marshall and USC at International Real Estate Case Competitions. From Asia, to New Zealand, to Marshall’s own Case Competition, TREA members comprise a strong foundation for the teams that compete in each of these unique opportunities. Furthermore, they often take the role of student representatives at USC’s Real Estate events, providing exclusive industry experience and connections.
