Dining Society |
TREA’s Dining Society is an exclusive opportunity for top members to attend intimate dinners or lunches with real estate professionals. In groups of 3-4, students engage in meaningful discussions, gaining industry insights and strengthening their connections within the Trojan alumni network.

Analyst Program |
Prepare for real estate recruiting with our five-session technical series. This program covers asset classes, market analysis, financial modeling, and other essential skills to help students stand out in the job market.

Industry Night |
Our marquee event, held every Spring, provides TREA members with the chance to connect with professionals from 70-80 real estate firms. Industry Night begins with a networking reception and keynote remarks, followed by structured roundtable discussions. Students rotate through three 20-minute sessions, engaging directly with industry representatives from firms specializing in brokerage, investment, development, and more. Note: This is not a job fair but an opportunity to build relationships and gather industry insights. Eligibility requires a minimum of four TREA points.
