Averie Roskwitalski

​Averie Roskwitalski is a senior at the University of Southern California, double majoring in Real Estate Development and Business Administration. Originally from Buffalo, New York, her passion for real estate began as a child, touring model homes while house hunting with her parents. This past summer, she interned as a Summer Analyst at Rialto Capital in their New York City office, where she gained valuable experience underwriting potential real estate credit and equity investments across various asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and hospitality. As Co-President of the Trojan Real Estate Association, Averie is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the organization. She aims to strengthen TREA by building stronger connections between students and industry professionals, organizing engaging networking events, and offering more career development opportunities for members interested in real estate.
