Membership Snapshot

The Trojan Real Estate Association (TREA) is a forum for learning about the real estate industry and making connections with professionals. TREA membership is open to undergraduate students with a professional interest in commercial real estate from across the USC campus. TREA holds a number of programs throughout the school year, including alumni speaker panels, and networking events.

Membership covers the spring semester and gives students access to TREA's weekly newsletter, on and off campus events, and the ability to apply to our special Dining Society, mentorship, and analyst program.

Tier One (0 points earned)

Tier Two (3+ points earned):

• All Tier One Benefits, and
• Invitation to Mentorship Program

• Eligibility for Dining Society

• All Tier One and Two Benefits, and
• Invitation to Price's Real Estate Industry Night (spring)
• Priority Access for Dining Society

Earning Points
Students must check-in at each TREA event. For virtual events, attendance will be tracked via Zoom. Make sure to log into Zoom with your USC account. For all other events, TREA E-board members will manage check-in procedures.
 
Point Values

• All events: 1 point
• For returning TREA members, a maximum of 2 points during the prior school year are carried forward to the current school year. Points are carried over only if students renew their TREA membership at the beginning of the Fall semester and only if students are TREA members for consecutive years.
• Members will lose 1 point for not attending an event to which they have registered. If members need to cancel a reservation, they must email TREA 24 hours in advance. Students who miss more than one event may lose access to the TREA Members-Only LinkedIn Group.
